We offer three primary services for performance: Individual Performance, Team Performance, and Organizational Performance.
Each is grounded in decades of operating experience inside fast-paced, high-growth companies, not theory from the outside. We’ve led teams, made hard calls, and learned what actually works when strategy meets reality.

We coach, and we also advise. With over two decades of operating experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth companies, we share our point of view if needed. We share stories of the hard decisions we had to make to see if they will help you. So, yes, we ask questions. We listen hard. But we also advise. We will give you a point of view that your manager, your colleagues, and certainly your team would never give you.
Before we facilitate, we diagnose. We clarify what’s actually broken and what’s working: decision-making, strategy, delegation, communication, collaboration, or some combination that is either building or eroding trust. Then we design an intervention around what your team actually needs. We don’t do trust falls. We do the real work of rebuilding how a team operates. We don’t just look at what’s broken. You probably do a lot of things that are working well. We amplify and codify those so you do them more.
Every organization has a way things get done. Most of the time, it’s unintentional. Decisions get made in hallways. Feedback happens inconsistently. Managers are promoted and left to figure it out. Hiring looks different in every team.
It works until it doesn’t. And by the time it stops working, the symptoms are everywhere: missed targets, turnover, teams that can’t move without escalating, strategies that die between the offsite and Monday morning.
Every organization’s challenge is different, and the right solution isn’t always obvious. If you’re unsure where to start or which service will have the greatest impact, we’re here to help you find clarity.
